The Art of Living Summer Workshop for kids

This sure sounds very interesting. Yoga is not just for adults. It’s time for our kids to also learn the art of meditation. It really helps them as they grow older. The benefits of learning meditation at a young age can help our kids be more patient and tolerable to difficult situations, especially when they become teenagers, where all the stress and pressure of being a student comes in.

I just got an email from The Art of Living Foundation and they are inviting me to have my kids join a summer camp that involves meditation and yoga. Seriously, I want them to experience this. I just wish I could somehow find time for it since we live far away from Manila. But to those of you moms who may want to have your kids experience this, check it out.
