I finally realized how I badly needed exercise in my system. I decided to quit smoking and, thanks to Gold’s gym for that extra workout sesh I’m indulging at least 2 times a week. I’ve been attending their Hatha Yoga classes every Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Ive become addicted to Hatha Yoga and thought of trying out Bikram Yoga for a more extensive yoga workout
I tried the Bikram Yoga Manila’s 7 day beginners package. And boy, i got hooked!
Bikram Yoga is 90-minute class done in a hot room where a set series of 26 postures is done twice each and you start and end class with a breathing exercise. The heated room is intended to facilitate safe stretching and to encourage the body to detoxify itself through sweat.

As a starter, I’m still a bit wobbly and cant keep up with the balance. The teacher still guides me on every asanas we perform.
Its so refreshing and you feel lighter afterwards.
I also encourage you to do Bikram Yoga and see the difference in just 1 week.
Ill be upgrading mine to 1 month and wait for the results.
